Once your order has been processed, a member of the delivery team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date. They will do everything in their power to arrange a mutually convenient day and time for the delivery. We can usually guarantee a delivery window of approximately 2 hours, therefore avoiding the need to be at home all day waiting for your delivery.
Due to our customer feedback we now offer Saturday and Sunday deliveries for no extra cost for larger items.
Please be aware that due to the large volume of orders despatched it is imperative that you are there to sign for the pre-arranged delivery.You will receive a reminder of your delivery slot at least 24 hours prior to the arranged date.
All failed deliveries will be returned to the depot. In this circumstance, a delivery member of staff will contact you to arrange a further delivery date which may incur an additional charge.
Due to the nature and size of our items, we have the following delivery charge structure guideline.
1- All orders under £1000 that can be despatched using a courier will be charged standard postal rates based on weight for England and Wales.
2 - Any orders under £1000 that cannot be sent via courier are charged according to the county the goods are delivered to.
3 - Any orders over £1000 are delivered free of charge for England and Wales.
4 - We are usually able to deliver orders to mainland England and Waleswithin 21 days of date of purchase. Most goods are delivered within a14 day time frame. The Seller shall use his reasonable endeavours tomeet any date agreed for delivery. For deliveries to Scotland or theIslands the price and time of delivery will be stated after your orderhas been received. We do not ship goods overseas.
